Leveling roll treatment: Hardening and tempering stress, quenching
(HRC54N HRC60) cold plate, stainless steel, surface hard chrome
plating treatment for leveling roller.
Reducer: Selection of ZQ standard type, ZY hard tooth face, TR hard tooth face reducer.
Distribution box: Self control:
Class I drive and class II distribution type gear is 20CrMnTi carburized gear.
Universal joint: Automobile universal shaft, metallurgical industry universal shaft.
Adjusting mode: Manual + electric adjustment.
Lubricating mode: Based on centralized lubrication with manual or electric pump.
Application of machine: Applicable to leveling of universal requirement of carbon steel plate and stainless steel plate.
Remark: the parameters of number of leveling roller, diameter of
roller, power etc. are related to thickness of leveling plate material
and leveling speed. The detailed set value is based on the technical
design plan of the plant.
